Do I stick sweat pads on my skin or clothes?

Stick them on the inside of your clothes, not on your skin. Place them in the underarm area of your outfit, aligning with where your armpit sits.
How do I place them correctly?

Peel off the backing and stick the pad along the underarm curve of your garment. Smooth it out & press it firmly so it sits flat with no folds.
Will they fall off during the day?

No, the adhesive is designed to stay put on fabric. As long as it’s stuck properly, it won’t shift or move.
Can I use them with sleeveless clothes?

They work best with sleeves so they have a surface to stick to. Sleeveless outfits may not hold them in place properly.
Will they leave marks or damage my clothes?

No, they are made to be fabric-safe and won’t leave residue when removed properly.
What if I sweat a lot?

The 3-layer absorption handles heavy sweat, but if it gets fully soaked, just switch to a fresh pad.
