Contest Timeline
Duration
- Start Date: October 11, 2022
- End Date: October 14, 2022 at 6PM IST
- Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition
Winner Announcement
- After the contest has ended, one winner will be declared via Instagram
- The winner of this contest will be announced by October 18, 2022
Judging and Winner Selection
Selection Criteria
- Competition entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on Plush's website and/or social media channels in relation to the competition
- One Winner of the contest will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw of the answer entries that fulfill the eligibility criteria
Eligibility Verification
- If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances
- Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as stated in these terms and conditions will automatically disqualify the participant
- Failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number upon collection of the Prize will automatically disqualify the participant
Final Decision
- Plush's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Plush shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason
Legal Jurisdiction
- The interpretation of the terms and the agreement itself will be governed by the laws of the Tamil Nadu State
- The agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India exclusively

- The prize includes accommodation costs only
- The prize does NOT include travel or meal costs
- Plush holds the right to decide the location of the stay
Prize Arrangements
- All mentioned arrangements will be made by Plush after receiving the necessary details from the winner
- Any additional expenses incurred by the winner during the trip will not be paid by Plush
Prize Restrictions
- There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes
- The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Prizes are subject to availability
- Plush reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice

- Plush shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this Competition, the redemption or use of the Prizes
Publicity Rights
- To the extent only permitted by applicable law, Plush reserves the right to use the winner's image, photograph, name and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of Plush without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner
- All participants consent to the use of their image, photograph, name and likeness as described above
